Our four step process delivers a customized management system that our clients have used to embed a culture of high performance.

I. Competency Assessment

With well tested tools we provide an assessment of the organization’s level of competency to adopt a high performance management system. This assessment shows the current state as well as defines the desired future state in three areas:

1. Organizational Readiness
2. Use of data to drive strategy
3. Execution Capability for data driven initiatives across silos to the front line

II. Roadmap
Working with leadership we develop a three to five year Roadmap to achieve the desired future state, including resource and investment requirements. A detailed execution plan is developed for the first year and the Roadmap updated annually to align with vision and strategy.

III. Metrics and Analytics
We bring over 20 years of experience in non-financial metrics and data driven analyses to select measures and analytics required to support your vision and strategy. We create a framework to enable leaders to differentiate between mission critical data versus ‘distractions’ so they develop the competency for using measures and analytics to drive strategy.

IV. Execution Blueprint

We facilitate the development of an action blueprint for the top strategic priorities. While the strategy and initiatives are driven by leaders, the execution blueprint is developed using a ‘bottoms up’ approach. A typical plan includes:

Engaging the Organization: Through a series of workshops and interactive sessions, we create a broad based understanding and support within the organization for the strategic priorities as well as the tools selected by leaders to drive the strategy.
Implementation Maps: We create working groups to review existing workflows critical to the implementation of strategic priorities and identify the required modifications.
Governance Structure: We define the role for executive sponsors. We define system management needs – including resources and processes to ensure continuous improvement and alignment to vision and strategy. We also provide a recommendation for integration with key management processes i.e. strategic planning, operating plans, compensation and rewards, capital expenditures.
