Gautam D. Ramchandani

Gautam is a seasoned change management executive who has over 30 years worked with non-profit, software, technology, capital goods and start up firms to create competitive advantage and increased impact through disruptive business models. He has developed innovative strategies for nonprofits facing challenges of declining funding and exponentially increased demand for services.  His work includes outcomes based approaches to help re-balance program areas to measure social impact by looking at the efficiencies and effectiveness of service delivery. He has helped clients create new sources of fundraising deploying web based technologies and new person- to- person approaches.

In addition to nonprofit consulting, Gautam has operating experience with small and large firms experiencing rapid changes in markets and technology. He has led strategic planning and implementation efforts and has led consulting teams with McKinsey, Booz Allen, Ernst & Young and Andersen Consulting. His expertise includes managing high growth and turnaround situations in the USA, South East Asia and the Pacific Rim. He has helped raise capital, managed organizational change, reduced headcount, slashed budgets, outsourced projects and rejuvenated declining businesses. He has managed technology departments to improve efficiencies and developed information architecture to manage the business.

Gautam earned an engineering degree at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi, India with first class honors, receiving a presidential merit scholarship after high school and placing 17th out of 35,000 candidates in the All India IIT Joint Entrance Exam. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School (HBS) while studying at Harvard on a University Fellowship and Research Assistantship. He is President of The HBS Club of Connecticut and a co-founder of its Community Partners program helping nonprofits improve their performance. He is also co-founder and President of the HBS Asian American Alumni Association.

Robert A. Neiman

Over the course of a successful 40 year consulting career, Robert A. Neiman has worked with leading financial institutions, process industries, manufacturing companies, and public utilities to produce major gains in performance and capability. He has served hospitals, schools, government agencies, and foundations to produce similar results. While he begins with short cycle successes to get change started, he has sustained relationships over many years to work through significant transformations with the majority of his clients.

In addition to consulting, Mr. Neiman has conducted seminars and workshops for the American Management Association, the Harvard Business School, the Institute of Management Consultants, the National Society for Corporate Planning, the Amos Tuck School, and the American Hospital Association.

Mr. Neiman earned an engineering degree at the University of Illinois with University Honors and an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School. He has published many articles on goal setting and the management of change and is author of the book Execution Plain and Simple: Twelve Steps to Achieving Any Goal on Time and on Budget. He was a director of the National Society for Corporate Planning and was a founding member of the Institute of Management Consultants.

Shubhra Ramchandani

Shubhra is a hands-on executive experienced in the design and deployment of research-based insights for 21st Century business leaders.  For the last 15 years she has focused exclusively on designing and implementing initiatives that require primary market research to support strengthening of stakeholder relationships.  She works directly with senior executives and managers at client organizations to develop the most suitable research approach. Shubhra is particularly skilled in combining the breadth of her business experience with marketing research tools to provide guidance on top priorities for resource investments, key drivers of stakeholder relationships and performance metrics.

Over the last 10 years she used primary research tools to build and lead stakeholder management practices ranging from $6 to $20 million in annual revenues for global firms like Synovate and TNS.  Shubhra’s has applied her expertise to implement stakeholder management scorecards and action blueprints in client organizations across industries including financial services, consumer goods, membership organizations and associations, information services and manufacturing. 

Shubhra’s professional experience includes leading the international practice of product testing and volume forecasting for market leader AC Nielson BASES. Her prior work experience includes 12 years in the IT industry and in Management Consulting. She has an MBA from Cornell University, and is a non-practicing CPA.  

An active presenter, Shubhra speaks on a variety of topics including Managerial Implications of Workforce Diversity; Discontent in the Workplace; Customer Satisfaction Measurement for the Frontline Manager; Corporate Reputation and The Dow 30; Financial Benefits of Improving Customer Loyalty; Increasing Customer Loyalty in Markets Faced with Changing Customer Expectations; and Winning the Hearts and Minds of Stakeholders.  She has also been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, interviewed by the Chicago Sun Times and appeared on Bloomberg radio.
